This property has clear title and is held in trust. It does have some access problems. I have been informed that due to the land history and title a right of way can be established through land court. To own your share outright the property will need to be partitioned. We have owned the property for 25 years and are planning a move from Martha's Vineyard so we are considering reasonable offers for our share of (13.3 ac). If you have the time and knowledge to pursue the problems with this property you will have an asset that will be valued over 1 1/4 million dollars. I will entertain any reasonable offers for the property and will send more photos or surveys as requested.
